1.1. FaceQuad is a website online store where you can download of high quality 3d models.

II. Definitions

  • Buyer – A Member may purchase or download free Products from the Site for their own use or on behalf of a legal entity they represent.

  • Item – All 3D models available on FaceQuad website can be represented.

  • Content – Various materials are available on the website, including wire files, models, textures, plugins, video games, modifications for video games, motion files, collections, packages, materials, scripts, shapes, custom UI skins, tutorials, FAQs and other types of content such as music, films and software code.
  • Account – Creating a user account on FaceQuad requires providing a name and password.
  • Subscriber – Individuals aged 18 and over who have given their consent to receiving online content from the FaceQuad website.
  • Member – A user with an account from FaceQuad website who has accepted the terms and conditions.

    IV. How to Sign up to become a subscriber (Buyer).

    4.1. Individuals may sign up with their personal email in order to receive content/news from the FaceQuad website.

    4.2. Anyone wishing to become a subscriber must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years old, you must use the account of a parent or legal guardian who is at minimum 18 years old. This adult will be responsible for all activities associated with the account.

    4.3. It is the subscriber's responsibility to provide true, accurate and complete information when signing up, as well as to keep their information up-to-date (including a current email address).

    4.4. The subscription is not transferable to other individuals.

      VI. Royalty Free License

      A Royalty Free License permits multiple uses of a product without requiring the payment of fees such as royalties, license charges some time period of use, or per-volume sold fees. Products published under this license cannot be sold, gifted or transferred in the form it is downloaded from the site, however it can be used multiple times for commercial purposes after an purchase for it just once. This license does not provide exclusive rights and the product stays the property of the seller for further distribution.

        VII. Termination of this License

        6.1. FaceQuad can end this license for using the Site at any time without notification if there is a violation of these terms and conditions, as determined solely by FaceQuad. The termination of this license does not limit other rights and remedies available to FaceQuad and these rights will be retained. Upon the termination of your use, you must immediately delete all information obtained from the Site.

        VIII. How to download a product

        7.1. To download products from FaceQuad website, you can purchase them or access the free downloads offered on the site.

        7.2. When you download a product, you are not purchasing ownership of the item, but instead receiving a license to use it.

        7.3. The conditions for using the license for a 3D model are only applied if the 3d model was downloaded.

        7.4. As a Subscriber, you will have access to account support, fraud protection on the website, quality control and other associated services.

        IX. Third-Party Web Sites

        8.1. This Site may contain links to other websites not owned or managed by FaceQuad. These links are available for our users' convenience. FaceQuad is not related to any websites that link to or from it. FaceQuad has not assessed the content, accuracy or policies of any third party websites. Connecting to or retrieving any other pages or web sites is done at your own risk.

        X. Transaction as a Buyer (subscriber)

        9.1. The payment method for the buyer (subscription) is through PayPal. A handling fee may be applicable.

        9.2. We are unable to control the currency conversion costs associated with your FaceQuad subscription as this is handled by your financial institution and may result in additional fees.

        9.3. When you buyer to FaceQuad you promise that you understand what you can and can’t do with your downloaded Items in accordance with the License.

        9.4. The final prices and fees include applicable transactional taxes (such as VAT).

        XI. Refunds and Cancellations

        10.1. FaceQuad offers non-tangible and irrevocable goods, therefore we cannot issue refunds after a purchase has been made and the files have been downloaded. Customers should be aware of this when buying items from our Site. Exceptions to this rule may be authorized under certain conditions, as outlined in the Refund Policy within the License Agreement.

        XII. Intellectual Property

        11.1. We possess all 3D content from the FaceQuad website, comprising 3D models with textures and materials.

        11.2. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification or derivative works of any 3d content or intellectual property is prohibited.

        13.2. Scripts can be used to mass download content.

        13.4. FaceQuad does not permit any modification, reproduction, display, publication, distribution to, copying, transmission, performance creation of derivative works from, transfer or sale or resell of any information or content or item acquired from or through FaceQuad without following the terms and conditions of these terms and the license for the item.

        14.1. FaceQuad may change, pause, or terminate the services (or any part of them), as well as your use of or access to these services, at any time and with or without notification. FaceQuad may also remove or restrict access and use of all relevant information and files. FaceQuad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services and the related information without being liable to you or any third-party.
